Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
At PantherX, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to
both our customers and our logistics operations:
- Before Pickup: You can cancel your shipment at any time before our pickup boy
has arrived at your location. A full refund will be processed to your PantherX wallet or
original payment source.
- After Pickup, Before Dispatch: If the shipment has been picked up but not yet
dispatched from our hub, cancellation is possible. However, a "Pickup Charge" (ranging from ₹50
to ₹200 depending on weight/location) will be deducted.
- In Transit: Once the shipment is in transit or handed over to our international
carrier partners, cancellations are strictly not possible.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are initiated in the following cases:
- The shipment was cancelled successfully as per our cancellation policy.
- Payment was debited twice due to a technical glitch.
- The service was not provided (e.g., pickup not attempted within 48 hours).
Note: Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or incomplete
recipient addresses.
3. Refund Timelines
Once a refund is approved by our billing team, the following timelines apply:
- PantherX Wallet: Instant (within 2 hours).
- Credit/Debit Card & Net Banking: 5 to 7 working days depending on your bank.
- UPI Payments: 2 to 4 working days.
4. Wallet Balance
Money added to the PantherX Wallet is intended for transactional purposes only. Wallet balance is
non-transferable to a bank account. In exceptional cases, if a refund of the wallet balance is
requested, it will attract a 5% processing fee.
5. Contact for Billing Support
For any refund-related queries, please write to us at billing@pantherx.in with your
Tracking ID and Payment Reference Number. We aim to resolve all billing disputes within 48-72 hours.
