1. Service Scope

PantherX provides comprehensive logistics and courier services across India and internationally. We specialize in doorstep pickups and direct-to-door deliveries through our specialized network of local pickup boys and global carrier partners.

2. Delivery Timelines

Typical delivery times are as follows (calculated from the date of dispatch from our hub):

• Intra-City (Jaipur): Same day or next working day.
• Domestic (Across India): 3 to 5 working days depending on the zone.
• International (Express): 5 to 8 working days.
• International (Economy): 10 to 15 working days.

*Public holidays and Sundays are not counted as working days. Delivery to remote areas or during peak seasons may take additional time.

3. Pickup Process

Once you book a shipment on our portal, a pickup boy is assigned within 2-4 business hours. We aim for same-day pickup for all orders placed before 2:00 PM. Pickups are generally available between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

4. Tracking Your Shipment

Every shipment is assigned a unique Tracking ID. You can monitor the real-time status of your parcel directly through the PantherX portal or using the tracking links provided by our carrier partners (DHL, FedEx, etc.) which will be sent to your registered mobile and email.
